We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Foreman to join a team to assist in the crucial transition as a long-term manager heads into retirement.
This isn't an "office" job. We need a true leader with a "Can-Do" attitude who is ready to jump in, operate equipment, and tackle challenges alongside the crew. This role requires hands-on operational excellence and effective leadership over a team of up to 25 employees.

The candidate will be a high-impact leader responsible for daily crew management, field operations, and logistics to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Crew Leadership: Manage, motivate, and guide a team of up to 25 employees, providing direct supervision and leading by example in the field.

Logistics & Inventory: Organize necessary supplies, manage inventory control, and be ready to deliver tanks or equipment out to crews as needed throughout the day.

Personnel Management: Effectively communicate between ownership and staff, including handling disciplinary write-ups, discussions, and follow-through.

Project Execution: Ensure project schedules are met, providing quality control and maintaining a safety-first mindset to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Provide accurate operational reporting and tracking data as needed by upper management.
Skills:
The following skills are essential for success in this demanding, hands-on leadership role:

Technical Knowledge: Deep Septic or Construction experience and knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures.

Leadership & Management: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and manage personnel effectively, demonstrating a positive attitude.

Problem-Solving: Capacity to quickly and decisively address issues that arise during daily field operations (with both employees and customers).

Communication: Skill in clear and concise communication with both the crew and upper management.

Adaptability: Ability to handle a hands-on role, jump in to operate equipment, and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
The candidate must be ready to work in the field and assume immediate operational leadership responsibilities.

Minimum 4-6 years having warehouse/foreman or field operations experience.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor alongside the crew.

Reliable transportation to go to job sites throughout the day as needed.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Word & MS Excel.
