Part-Time Test Administrator | Educational Institute Proctor
We're seeking a detail-oriented, professional for a long-term, part-time temporary position at a local educational institute in East-Pasco County. Our candidate is eager to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing a secure and professional testing environment for others.

Industry: Education / Administrative Support
Schedule: Part-Time | Variable (15 - 25 Hours Per Week)
Location: East-Pasco County, FL
Compensation: Hourly Rate | $16.00 Per Hour
Working hours: Primarily between, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities:
This role is responsible for the secure administration and proctoring of a variety of tests. This involves preparing the testing space, ensuring all security protocols are followed, and actively monitoring examinees to maintain the integrity of the testing process.

Test Administration & Proctoring: Administer and proctor test sessions for individuals and groups, including college placement, program admission, and industry certifications.

Security & Environment: Set up and maintain a secure testing environment; follow strict security procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

Monitoring: Actively monitor examinees through direct observation and surveillance equipment to maintain test integrity.

Clerical Support: Perform clerical duties, data entry related to testing records, and assist with preparing reports and interpreting test scores.

Accommodations: Provide and manage approved test accommodations as needed.
Skills:

Education:
Associate's degree (or higher)
