Brooksville, FL – The Brooksville Main Street Board of Directors would like to show their heartfelt appreciation to our volunteers- past, present and future by hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Picnic on Saturday, April 13th from 1pm-3pm in Hernando Park located at 205 E Ft Dade Ave in downtown Brooksville.
BMS Board President, Christopher Rhodes, states, “This is a small way to celebrate the impact and power of volunteers in Brooksville that help build a stronger community and be the force that transforms our neighborhoods. Each year, Brooksville Main Street shines a light on the people and causes that inspire us all to serve. We are thankful for the opportunity to recognize and thank those volunteers who lend their time, talent and voice to make a difference in our community.
Today, as people strive to lead lives that reflect their values, the expression of civic life has evolved. Whether online, at the office, or the local food bank; whether with a vote, a voice, or a wallet – doing good comes in many forms, and we recognize and celebrate them all.”

Please email your RSVP to Dawn Triconi, Executive Director – executivedirector@welovebvl.org.

Thank you to the City of Brooksville and Krueger City for their community partnership celebrating National Volunteer Month!
