Boys & Girls Club of Hernando County to get 20 percent of grand opening day revenue from region’s biggest, most extreme treetop adventure park

(Brooksville, FL) FLG X Adventure Course (FLG X) will celebrate the official grand opening of its latest adventure park by donating 20 percent of all proceeds on July 13 to the Boys & Girls Club of Hernando County. The park is currently open to the public, but this will be its official grand opening ceremony.

FLG X Tampa, located in Brooksville, is the second of the company’s extreme adventure parks to open in the U.S. The park, constructed on land owned by Hernando County, features four courses nestled among local forests and contains 75 elements, including cargo nets, ziplines, bridges, ladders and tunnels.

The company’s flagship course in Flagstaff, Ariz. – just 70 miles from Grand Canyon National Park – is recognized as one of the nation’s premiere adventure courses.

“We are incredibly excited to open this new facility and to partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Hernando County,” said Paul Kent, CEO of FLG X. “In addition to providing a new destination for visitors to this growing area, this opening day event provides an opportunity for us to give back to those in the community who have been incredibly welcoming to us.”
