STAR EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED
AT THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE


Brooksville, Florida (December 12, 2024) – At the December 9, 2024, Brooksville City Council Meeting, the City Council and the City Manager recognized ten employees considered to be Staff that are Remarkable (STAR). These are employees who are making a difference in their respective departments and on behalf of the City of Brooksville. The employees recognized have not only done an exemplary job performing their duties for the city, but they have gone above and beyond and therefore have been recognized by department leaders and local citizens.

Recognized were the following City employees:
Adele Westfall - Administrative Specialist III
Brent Gonzalez - Cemetery Supervisor/Arborist
Eric Stokholm - Cemetery Services Specialist
Donnie Nichols - District Fire Chief
Jonathan Hobson - Facility Services Manager
Joe Valadao - Facilities Maintenance Tech. III
Lisa Morris - Deputy City Clerk
Jennifer Battista - City Clerk
Tameka Hagood - Custodian I
Rebecca Duncan - AP/Payroll Administrator

The City of Brooksville is committed to maintaining a culture in which staff feel recognized and appreciated. meetings. In addition to a certificate of recognition staff receive an additional four hours of paid-time-off (PTO)
