Tickets are Now on Sale for the Smash Musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat
Brooksville, Florida (October 10, 2018) – Tickets are now on sale for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. The smash Broadway musical hit will be presented over three weekends, November 2nd through the 18th at the Carol & Frank Morsani Center for the Arts, 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida.
Showtimes are at 7:30 pm on Fridays, 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm on Saturdays, and again at 2:30 pm on Sundays.
Adult tickets are only $20; children ages 13 and younger are $5 when purchased with an adult ticket. All tickets include coffee, tea and dessert.
About Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat is a musical with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. This is the same team that collaborated on the musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is based on the “coat of many colors” story of Joseph from the Old Testament book of Genesis. The show has little spoken dialog; it is almost entirely sung-through. Its family-friendly story, familiar themes and catchy music have resulted in numerous stagings. Joseph received stage productions beginning in 1970 and expanded recordings in 1971 and 1972. The musical was initially produced in London’s West End in 1973. Several major revivals and national tours followed.
