The Florida Department of Transportation announces the following road projects taking place from January 21-27, 2018.

project news: I-4 entrance ramps onto northbound I-75 interchange improvements
Night lane closures on northbound I-75 between I-4 and Fowler Avenue
Tampa, FL – One to two lanes may be closed on northbound I-75 from I-4 (Exit 261) to the Tampa Bypass Canal (south of Fowler Avenue/Exit 265) between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Tuesday (January 21 - 23) nights.

Lane closures on Sligh Avenue under I-75
Tampa, FL – One lane may be closed and controlled by flagging operations on Sligh Avenue under the I-4/I-75 interchange area any time of the day Monday through Saturday (January 22 – 27).

project news: I-75 Widening from north of County Road 54 to north of State Road 52
Night delays on ramps at I-75/SR 52 interchange
San Antonio, FL – Drivers can expect delays on the I-75 ramps at the SR 52 interchange (Exit 285) between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday (January 23 - 25) nights. Delays will be longest on the entrance ramps (up to 15 minutes) and will likely be brief on the exit ramps.

project news: I-75 Widening from south of US 98/SR 50 to the Hernando/Sumter counties line
Night lane closures on I-75 in northern Hernando County
Brooksville, FL – One lane may be closed in each direction of I-75 from south of SR 50 (Exit 301) to the Hernando/Sumter counties line between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday (January 21 - 25) nights.

Night and day lane closures on SR 50 in the I-75 area
Brooksville, FL – One lane of SR 50 (Cortez Boulevard) may be closed from I-75 up to a half mile in each direction between 6:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday (January 21 - 25) nights and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (January 22 - 26).

Bronson Boulevard to be closed two nights at US 98/State Road 50
Brooksville, FL – Bronson Boulevard will be closed at the US 98/State Road 50 intersection between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday and Monday (January 21 and 22) nights. If necessary, the closure could take place Tuesday and/or Wednesday nights.
DETOUR: Drivers will be directed to use the next road to the east (Parkland Avenue). Motorists will go south on Parkland Avenue, then turn right and go west on Cracker Crossing to Bronson Boulevard.

Windmere Road to be closed two nights at US 98/State Road 50
Brooksville, FL – Windmere Road will be closed at the US 98/State Road 50 intersection between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday (January 23 and 24) nights. If necessary, the closure could take place Thursday and/or Friday nights.
DETOUR: Drivers will be directed to use Sherman Hills Boulevard (east of Windmere). From US 98/SR 50, motorists will go north on Sherman Hills Boulevard, then turn left and go west on Park Ridge Drive to Windmere Road.

Daytime lane closures on Croom Rital Road under I-75
Brooksville, FL – One lane may be closed with flaggers directing traffic on Croom Rital Road under I-75 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (January 22 - 26).
