(Brooksville, FL) – The Hernando County Development Services Department has identified that an incorrect staff report was initially uploaded to the public agenda for the upcoming Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Land Use Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 6 at 9:00am.

Planning staff have since taken corrective action and uploaded the correct versions of the staff report and the proposed master plan for Public Hearing Item E. 2 #15727. This item is the Rezoning Petition Submitted by NVR, Inc., on Behalf of Banc Development Limited and Emerson Capital Group, LLC, for Property Located on Cortez Boulevard/State Road 50 (H2453). These corrected documents are now available to the public through the agenda system and have also been directly emailed to the Commissioners.

Copies of the corrected documents will be distributed at the May 6 meeting. Additionally, Planning staff will present an overview of key updates and changes from the previous application to ensure transparency and address any questions from the Commissioners or the public during the meeting.
