Responsibilities:
You are the command center for operations, bridging the gap between field crews, vendors, and the front office.

Permit & Project Command: Own the permitting process from start to finish. Track timelines and ensure no project is stalled by paperwork.

Vendor & Crew Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for field crews and vendors. Use clear, direct communication to hold people accountable.

Financial & Digital Management: Utilize MS Office (Excel is your best friend) and QuickBooks to keep records tight and workflows efficient.

Gatekeeper: Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professional poise, even when the pressure is on.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus)
Experience:
4–7 years of solid office experience
Qualifications:

Service Industry Background: 4–6 years of office experience in Construction, HVAC, Landscaping, or a similar service industry is a massive plus.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). QuickBooks experience is preferred, but we will train the right personality.
