Jennifer is a licensed attorney with The Hogan Law Firm and practices in business law, and labor & employment law representing management. She has litigated wage and hour, FMLA, wrongful termination, performance and payment bond, trade infringement and various contract dispute matters for corporate, not-for-profit and government clients. Jennifer is admitted to practice in Florida and Wyoming, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for Wyoming, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She has represented clients before the NLRB, EEOC, DOL, PERC, Florida Board of Education, Department of Economic Opportunity Reemployment Division, and the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
