Quarry Discovery Expo

The City of Brooksville Parks and Recreation Department proudly presents the 1st but not last, Annual Quarry Discovery Expo, a FREE community-wide event celebrating local businesses, Florida’s rich outdoors, hunting, fishing and conservation heritage. This expo brings together hunters, anglers, conservation groups, outdoor gear companies, and families for an exciting day of education, demonstrations, and outdoor adventure. In 1913, the Bell family built a rock-crushing plant and began mining limestone at what is now the Brooksville's Quarry Golf Course.
