Nature Coast 912 Patriots

On July 27, 2019 the Nature Coast 912 Patriots held it's first meeting at it's new location, The United States Marine Corps League #708, Located at 8405 Sunshine Grove Road, Brooksville, Florida. Despite the Marines fierce reputation on the battle field, we found them to be warm and friendly, the type of people you want to hang-out with for a good time. We will no longer be having meetings at the Praise Family Worship Center because Pastor Jack retired and the new Pastor thought it would not be right to have political meetings in a church sanctuary. We respect this decision, and would like to thank them for the many years we were allowed to have our meetings there. Pastor Jack remains a good friend to us and has attended our first meeting with the U. S. Marines. Because it was a meeting at a new place and we sort of had to break-in and get organized, we had no guest speaker, but we will continue to have interesting guest speakers at our next meeting. Collections for needy families on the upcoming Thanksgiving Day will start at our next meeting. Members were asked to attend other groups and report back to us, this way we can co-ordinate efforts for the 2020 election, and new taxes are possible for Hernando County of 14% to 15%. Collected School supplies will soon be distributed to schools in Pasco and Hernando Counties.
