Join Us for the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce October Mixer
Thursday October 17th– Supporting Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts!
 
In the wake of Hurricane Helene's impact on our community, the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce and TGH Brooksville in collaboration with United Way of Hernando County are launching a hurricane donation drive at the Chamber Mixer to support local residents who have been affected. 
  
How You Can Help:

• Bring a gift card purchased from local hardware and home stores such as Lowes, Home Depot and Crowder Hardware (suggested value: $20).
• Bring donations of the following items:
  • Bleach, vinegar, and any cleaning supplies
  • Mold Removal/Prevention (Simply Green)
  • Bath Towels
  • Paint Buckets
  • Shovels & Rakes
  • Floor Squeegees
  • Paper Towels
  • Cleaning/Work Gloves
  • Laundry Soap (pods or smaller bottles)
  • Deodorant

Donations will be distributed to residents to assist with ongoing recovery efforts in coordination with United Way of Hernando County through the Family Resource Center.  To make an even bigger impact, our host, Tampa General Hospital Brooksville has pledged $5,000 toward recovery efforts!
