The 4th Annual Keys to Success Series Finale culminates with our Keynote guest speaker, Julie Weintraub. Currently, Julie is President of one of the most successful Family owned Jewelry companies in the Southeast.  Gold & Diamond Source with her husband Steve. Julie over see’s daily operations handles Public Relations, Sales team meetings, Buying, and Human Resources. Julie now works side by side with her best friend and husband Steve. This dynamic partnership, thinking outside of the box, and having a clear vision with very high standards for their company, staff and the way they value each and every customer, has helped increase their sales almost 400% in 5 years in the midst of the worst economy in decades. Gold & Diamond Source also makes it a priority to give thousands of dollars per week to raise money for various charitable causes to improve the lives of others in their community. 
 
In 2010 Julie founded Julie Weintraub’s Hands Across The Bay which has quickly become one of our areas most notable and respected charitable organizations helping countless families in need.  HATB helps Domestic Violence Victims, Single Moms, Single Dads, Children with health related issues, special needs or children in need of clothes or school supplies and helps save other families that may have fallen through the cracks to avoid homelessness.
 
Donating just over $750,000 to other local charities that she feels are doing good work in our communities in the last few years alone, is another way Hands Across the Bay is helping enrich lives here in Florida.
