Event Description:
Community members, healthcare providers and business leaders of Hernando County are invited to share their views on health and healthcare by taking a 10-minute survey at www.WellFlorida.org. Community member survey participants will have the opportunity to win a $30 gift card. Survey results, along with research and health-related data, will be used in a Community Health Needs Assessment to be completed in fall 2019. Hard copies of the surveys are also available.
