Communication between Parents & (Pre)Teens

A lot of major changes happen to (pre)teens (students ages 10-19) which might make communication a little difficult at times. Parents, you might feel ignored. (Pre)Teens, you might feel unheard. In this workshop, we'll talk about healthy ways to express what you want and don't want in a way that will improve your relationships. While this event is especially important for parents & students, anyone looking to improve their communication skills is welcome to join.
