8TH ANNUAL DINING IN THE DARK
LVIB’s Dining in the Dark is an interactive reception where our guests visit hands-on stations where they step into the shoes of a Lighthouse client. At each station, guests are blindfolded and taught basic independence skills, including how to use a white cane and eat while wearing a blindfold. There will also be a delicious dinner, silent auction, and chance raffle. Tickets and sponsorships are now on sale. We are also looking for silent auction items. Dining in the Dark benefits Lighthouse programs for people of all ages who are visually impaired and blind in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus Counties. We are so grateful to our donors, volunteers, and other supporters who help us meet our mission to educate, empower, and employ people who are visually impaired and blind.
