45th Annual Student Recognition Celebration

The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce has been a proud supporter of Education for over 45 years. Each year we recognize the top students in Hernando County for their achievements in the categories of:

• Academics
• Community Service
• Entrepreneurial/Business
• Leadership
• Career &Technical
• The Arts  

 Over the years the honor student celebration has evolved from recognizing only the top 5% of high school seniors into today’s incredible Student Recognition Celebration. Our community has rallied together to form an amazing group of mentors who look forward to taking an active interest in our future leaders. 

The committee and the general membership all agree we should be building new “out-of-the-box” thinkers and leaders who have demonstrated and fulfilled dreams not necessarily in only the academia field, but a truly well-rounded student whose goal is to create a better world.
