An informational meeting will be held for the 2018 Great Hernando Weight Loss Challenge for those who want to organize a team. Details on important dates, deadlines, awards, rules and required paperwork will be available.
For a second year, Hernando County residents and visitors are encouraged to take part in the Great Hernando Weight Loss Challenge, a community health initiative taking place from Saturday, January 20 until Wednesday, April 4. The challenge is based on teams of 10 individuals working together to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. The cost to participate is $10 per person.
